Kindly be informed that we [ Name & NRIC ] have recently applied for housing loan with your company, have our application approved and even the loan documentation was executed by the loan solicitor too.

However, it is sad to inform that due to reasons on the part of the Vendor, the transaction was deemed cancelled and nullified. Kindly be advised also that my loan solicitor was informed of this and will liaise with your company soon.

As the result, we have decided to purchase a different unit of property from a developer/or another vendor instead and re-applied for another housing loan with your company again.
